Struggles of Native people 1920’s

Posters that could be considered offensive to Native Americans were often used during this time period, with little regard to how they felt about it.
Due to the prejudice against Native Americans they were denied good job opportunities and basic services such as renting houses or being able to shop at certain stores.


Schools created for assimilation were used to deny young native Americans of there culture, they were often subjected to unethical conditions and were educated to believe that being white was superior
